SMS Terms & Consent

Graceful Management Services ("GMS", "we", "us") uses SMS text messaging to communicate with customers and platform users about active jobs, estimates, appointments, and payments. This page describes what messages we send, how you consent to receive them, and how you can opt out at any time.

1. Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Graceful Management Services for the following transactional purposes only:

Appointment and job reminders — confirmations, schedule changes, technician arrival windows, and service follow-ups.
Estimate and quote notifications — when a new estimate is ready, when a quote is updated, or when action is required from you.
Payment and invoice alerts — invoice issuance, payment receipts, payment due reminders, and payment failure notices.

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages under this program.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from GMS by:

Checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile number on a GMS digital form (for example, when requesting a quote, confirming an appointment, or creating a customer account within the GMS application); or
Providing your mobile number and verbal or written consent directly to a GMS representative, which we record in our system.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from GMS.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your active jobs, estimates, and invoices. Typical recipients receive between 2 and 10 messages per month.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. GMS does not charge a fee for sending SMS messages.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any SMS message from GMS to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.

To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START, or contact us using the details below to opt back in.

7. Supported Carriers

Messaging is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in status are treated as confidential customer information. We do not share, sell, or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through SMS or email prior to taking effect, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
